Thank you for considering Cambridge Focus to assist you with your qualitative research.

As Managing Principal of Cambridge Focus, I will work with you personally to assure all aspects of your research are completed to your satisfaction. I will greet you and your clients upon your arrival at our offices, and be available to answer questions throughout your project, and help you in any way that I can. When I am away from my office, you will have my private wireless telephone number.

As moderators and marketing research professionals ourselves, my business partner Jim Shur and I take great pride in operating the kind of productive, state-of-the-art research facility we sought for our own work when we actively practiced full service marketing and opinion research. We appreciate the recognition our peers in the research profession have given us, by consistently describing Cambridge Focus as one of the highest rated qualitative facilities in Boston, and throughout the country, in the Impulse Survey of Focus Group Moderators, since we founded our facility in 1997.

Our staff of dedicated professionals will become members of your staff to assure a productive experience when you convene research at our facility. Each of our staff members has been thoroughly schooled in the art and science of qualitative research as well as his or her specialized job responsibilities.

Cambridge Focus is located on the banks of the historic Charles River in Cambridge, Massachusetts. From our windows you will see the Boston skyline just past the sailboats, crew teams and joggers that populate the river and its banks. The Hyatt Regency Hotel, a flagship of the Hyatt chain, is immediately next door (less than a one-minute walk!), and is offering our clients special rates and services.

Cambridge Focus is a straight, 4.5 mile drive from Logan International Airport. Our location was selected to be convenient to clients as well as participants. We are easily reached by suburban and urban consumers, downtown business executives, the medical and biotech community, and a robust population of academic leaders and their students. Harvard Square, the Cambridgeside Galleria (a first rate Simon Mall property), M.I.T., Harvard and Boston University are all nearby.

Our focus suites are strategically located on the first floor of an architecturally distinctive office building. Visitors have direct access to our offices without waiting for elevators, climbing stairs, or negotiating with building personnel. Free parking and public transportation are always available.

All of our discussion suites and bi-level observation rooms are attractively furnished and designed for your comfort and noise-reduction. All have high-speed internet access and both web casting and videoconferencing are available.
